Manufacturers may change the look of a product at any time. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.
Please Note: Leather goods are only eligible for return within 10 days of receipt. Any requests that come through after that may be declined.

Return Policy From Supplier BAXTER
Defective and Damage Return & Repair Only
Baxter will accept defective returns only.
Purchases made within 30 day of your last date of purchase are eligible for return privileges. Product must have defective return privileges to qualify.
Returns must be requested with an RA# issued
Only approved product may be returned.
A 15% restocking-fee will be deducted from your credit on approved good stock returns.
Shipment must be prepaid to Baxter.
Shipping labels must be clearly marked with RA#.
Returns will be 100% inspected. If product is found not to be defective, abused, missing major components or not authorized for return, each unit will be subject to a $25.00 inspection and administration fee.
Supplier- ALPHA
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from DBL Customer Service and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days.
2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. DBL does not track expired RMA#.s.
3. Freight on merchandise being returned to DBL is to be prepaid.
4. Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at DBL
Distributing, Inc.
5. Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees
of: 10% for orders 1 to 45 days, 20% for orders 46-90 days from invoice date.
6. Merchandise must to be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed
documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 90 days of invoice/ship date.
7. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and
handling charges.
8. Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at DBL Distributing, Inc.
9. All returns must reference a Purchase Order Number or a DBL Order Number for each line item listed.
Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage
1. Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to DBL Customer Service within 10 days of
delivery/expected delivery date. If you have filed a claim, the claim number must be given to DBL Customer Service when
you report the damage/pilferage. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.

Return Policy from Supplier DIAMOND
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 25% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
